Operation Iron Haze is held in the EU, The Republic of Estonia, Harju County, Harku Municipality, Humala, from May 28th to May 30th 2010.

Operation Iron Haze is a military simulation airsoft event in which we aim to provide players with the most realistic environment possible. Unlike many previous so called "Mil-Sim" events held in Estonia, this event is less concentrated on Hard-Core multiple kilometer hiking and more concentrated on creating an action packed, non stop game, with a more realistic environment according to the selected theme.
Plot: In response to the upcoming elections in Iraqistan, The Jaliban have seized all control in the City of Al'Kebab and it's surrounding areas. Their clear objective is to disrupt the election process and create great unease within the population of Helmad province. To counter this the Iraqistani military officials in corporation with ISEF forces have decided to crack down on all elements of the Jaliban and push into effect the largest military operation ever undertaken in Hellmad province.
Objectives of the Jaliban: Hold as much control over the area as possible Disrupt the elections in Al'Kebab Disrupt the movement and activities of INA and ISEF forces Disrupt the movement and activities of foreign officials and western representetives Destroy all symbols of infidel influence in Al'kebab (Schools, Law enforcement, Government, Medical establishments, ect.) Maintain control over poppy and ha¹ish feilds in the area and gather their crops with the assistance of the local inhabitants
INA and ISEF objectives: Take control of the City of Al'Kebab prior to the elections Prevent terrorist activities within Al'Kebab during and after the elections Establish a secure enviroment in town and expand operations outside the city Organize protection to key elements of the town and to VIP's visiting them Eradicate Jaliban influence in the area represented by poppy and ha¹h feilds and militant camps Maintain patrols in the area at all times!

The following requirements are not 100% mandatory, but totally disregarding them will result in You being sent to more appropriate group chosen by the Game Master!
Jaliban requirements: * Civilian look and friendly proffessional attitude Visual: * No visible military uniform elements (exept: pants & boots, backpacks) * A Bare head, Pakol's, Turbans or other traditional headware allowed (No Baseball caps or hats with beaks) * Long coats may be used to conseal Body armor and gear (No shiny leather jackets like there was in "the Matrix" okay) * No helmets (Jallah will protect you) Practical: * Communications equipment (UHF, PMR446 channels) * GSM Mobile phone with a fully charged battery * Map reading essentials * Gear, snacks and water for 1-2h (3-6h for HC) missions in all weather and terrain conditions * Sleeping bag and matt for nights in a heated 12 man tent * Civilian clothing elements for disguise in covert ops. Neglible: * Easily visible modern military gear and clothes
INA requirements: * Casual look and attitude / Commandos more proffessional than regulars Visual: * Uniform elements in the same or similar color and worn out or dirty * Any thing goes / Load bearing or body armor vest for Commandos * Bare helmets or hat (no jungle or boonie hats) Practical: * Communications equipment (UHF, PMR446 channels) - 1 device for a group of 4 or fewer men * GSM Mobile phone with a fully charged battery * Gear, snacks and water for short battles and up to 3h patrols / 3-6h patrols for Commandos * Sleeping bag and matt for sleeping in a semi-heated building Neglible: Too modern or professional gear and equipment Too civilian/Jaliban resembling setup
ISEF requirements: * Friendly, Proffessional look and attitude! Visual: * All uniform elements in the same color/camo (camo used by ISAF, NATO forces) * Shoulder Flag (Does not have to represent actual nationality of the player) * Name tape/tag * Body armor with inserts (Green, Gray, Brown, Khaki or the same camo as your uniform) * Helmet with gear (NVG mount, Goggles, helmet cover with strap, velcro/hook and loop) * Kneepads * Modern equipment Practical: * Communications equipment (UHF, PMR446 channels) * GSM Mobile phone with a fully charged battery * Map reading essentials * Gear, snacks and water for 3-6h patrols in all weather and terrain conditions * -10C Sleeping bag and matt for nights in the open hangar (hopefully it'll be warm, if not, we'll try and close it off and find some heating solution) * Civilian clothing elements for disguise in covert ops. Neglible: * "Mix and unmatch" uniform and gear * worn out uniform * Bare helmet * Black boots * uncool eye protection
